What a great time!! It was so nice to see everyone again. The food was delicious, the banquet staff provided excellent service, and the trophies were beautiful! Congratulations to the big winner of the evening- Cynthia Harris of Mt. Airy for winning "WLF Solar's Tyme For Sunshine", our 2009 Raffle Show Colt!  Several other smaller raffles were held and our winners were: Rosetta Fogle(Jill's Jams Basket), Wendy Dixon(show halter), and Tammy Kwiatkowski(measuring stick). A DVD slideshow of the 2008 and 2009 Show Season was shown, while the Silent Auction was a hit and ended with a "bidding war" in the last few minutes before it ended!! Thanks to everyone who donated items, including the handmade jewelry, lollipop bouquets, flower arrangements, several unique items and 4 new Polar mini blankets. Kelly Drechsler did any AWESOME job coordinating the trophy order and handling banquet details. Our announcer and "MC" of the evening, Kristine Swann, kept us entertained- especially when it came to reading the door prize winner names'. We'll make sure you have reading glasses next year, Kristine!!
